During hot/summer months lipsticks may melt in transit or if left in your mailbox, your car, a heater/radiator, in the sun, etc. Please note, this doesn't harm the lipstick. Please stand it up at room temperature or in the fridge, so it can harden back in it's original shape once cooled off. (It's a good idea not to open them until they've been inside for a while). We cannot guarantee items will arrive unmelted. Please note we are not able to refund/replace items if melted in transit. Thank you for understanding.
